I found the hotel to be a mixed bag. On the upside, the rooms are well-equipped with handy kitchenettes, but on the downside, the constant party noise from the Yumbo Centre made it hard to sleep with open windows. The service, while incredibly friendly, lacked English proficiency, and the location, though close to the vibrant Yumbo Centre, was lacking in energy and maintenance. The dining options were hit or miss with quality issues and high prices.

I stayed in a deluxe 4th-floor room with a strange layout but still enjoyed a beautiful bathroom with a big shower and mirror, a really nice bedroom with a super comfy bed, and a balcony with a nice view. The hotel offers a lovely room with a few quirks, but overall a comfortable stay.
